Welcome!

Are you feeling like it’s impossible to find a moment of calm? Do you feel like you’re going through the motions without feeling fully engaged or excited about life? You may feel that even though you have people around you, it’s difficult to feel connected or ask for help. 

My name is Jennifer Shields (she/her), and I’m a Registered Social Worker with extensive training in supporting people to make positive changes in their lives. I strive to create a non-judgmental atmosphere where we can be curious about how your history has influenced you and how you can begin to break habits that are no longer serving your wellbeing. 

Through a three-part approach of creating awareness, providing education about the latest mental health research, and practicing concrete skills, you can begin to feel calmer and more joyful.
